I am no expert on the law but if it is nearly 10 years since the conviction and the plea be guilty I would say you have fundamentally little chance all things seem to be to be against you
have your conviction quashed on what grounds ?
that your a nice lad now, that you pleaded guilty but now after 10 years you want to money your plea ?
there's only one chance it will be quash and that's no chance
the time to fight it be 10 years ago sorry but you made your plea now live with it Source(s): my lead the 10 years is the key. most states will be willing to stamp or expunge a record if you have have nothing sense. you need to have a chat to a lawyer
The conviction is now spent, but will show up on an enchanced CRB check Source(s): I'm a lawyer It is unlikely to know how to get permission to appeal "out of time" as near appears no special circumstances or new evidence. A conviction of D&D would still create a criminal record. Under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1976, this conviction is regard as "spent" so it would not be advisable to even try to overturn it.
