Please can anybody explain to me me where on earth Ian Ducan Smith is going to find adjectives these job?
My Brother in law works surrounded by a Job centre and most of the jobs are chunk time-12-18 hours a week and the full time ones he reckons has more than 200+ individuals going for each job, Now the instrument IDS tells it there are millions of job out there (maybe part time) but not full time .
So where on earth is this guy going to find all these jobs for relatives on benefits,also by increasing the pension age that will also lead to smaller amount jobs for younger people.
So where on earth are these jobs coming from?

A major millstone for British industry that stops it growing is getting good race, punctual, willing to learn, no absenteeism, loyal, polite, smart, committed, hard working staff. What they don't want are bone idle trouble maker, arriving late, looking like scarecrows, stinking of tobacco or booze or both,near a negative image and attitude.
The position centre has zilch to do with finding people job, with five minute interview schedules, too masses people to devote the right amount of time to helping people find work, show is measured purely numerically, not qualitatively.
After almost 25 years working in recruitment I know their is a sizeable contingent out there, who know the system, bleed it dry, deprive the elderly, sink, infirm and sick of the care they deserve, surmise only of themselves, conveniently being out of work, relying on someone else to find them work.

Whilst I support some of the 'rhetoric' with the need to redeploy direction, emphasis and even the ethos our 'society' has fall into I don't see much of a meaningful plan.
The world over has one and the same problem not enough jobs and much of the world have too many mouths to feed the channel 'policy' in most poor countries is run. Consumption is now the antagonist of the environment and is being manipulated to create 'green jobs' which is merely a euphemism for trying to switch industrialised countries (old and new) to products that 'appear' to be cut of the solution because governments choose to brand them so with complicity of the UN.
A set of terribly dishonest policies designed to keep the supra overlords in place beside highly paid job at the expense of the poor.
They yak about all this whilst slowly doing nothing to tackle the destruction of the rainforests and environment masses. Putting scientists in the inhospitable surroundings regions when those regions should be left untouched.
The scientific results we hear almost are those that they want to to know which show 'concern' for the planet whilst all the time research is really about what type of resources are at hand and how can we get to exploit them.
UK has to enjoy some level of protectionist policy. We should simply make it more difficult to introduction food stuffs for example by making it compulsory that all suppliers match one and the same exacting standards of our farmers and food processors. We should also only allow catches of fish to be land here from vessels based surrounded by the UK.
Food prices would go up, true, but quality and sanctuary would improve and room would be created for more of our own producers to increase capacity and create job!
He will produce them by trickery same as Yvette Cooper (Mrs E.Balls) did, that is in between milking the expenses along next to Ed.
well he isn't is he, infact surrounded by the next few months I think within will be even less jobs. They adjectives have their heads within the clouds, they should spend sometime living in the real world next they just might understand how things are!!
