Are the moneysupermarket advert racist?
These advert make the British sound resembling idiots. Could I make an advert saying Arabs be idiots?

I wouldn't say so. If you can't laugh at yourself... Besides, if anything, fairly than racist I'd say it's more arguable that the 2nd advert is sexist (woman driver = Micra or whatever sports car it is) but again there's far more important things in enthusiasm to be worrying about
Omid Djalili is Iranian born and is simply satirising the British for our inability to haggle. Personally I think he is bloody funny and like several Brits (both home grown & imported), he is able to laugh at himself.
The morning we stop being self deprecating, is the day we become the first Muslim state of the US, as both of these are incapable of laughing at themselves which is why they spend so much time combat.
Do you want to complain to the EU Court of Human Rights ?
Edit - "gutless cowards," who can watch a TV advert and truly get the joke.
To be honest, the adverts depict Arabs as haggle, loudmouthed swindlers who are unashamedly brash and irritating. So if anything, the adverts play on the Arabic stereotype.
Get a sense of humour!
