UK. Why do Americans answer question that are clearly concerned beside UK law?!?

Just read a question that was clearly from the UK in relation to a driving fine in UK lb. Will those in the USA please not answer! The canon just MIGHT be different here and its harmful to advise someone to do something in high regard to law if they are in a different country. If those in UK are advising those in the USA the same mode stop it too! Its misleading and dangerous
Answers:
I'm breaking your rules because I'm from the US and I'm answering the query but I know the correct answer and I don't want to deprive you of my wisdom. Americans answer UK oriented question because Americans are generally arrogant, self-centric, lack sympathy and any sense of proportion, occupy grandiose expectations of entitlement, always think they know better than everyone else and don't want to deprive others of their sense.

P.S. We invented electricity, food and air, we saved your (a)sses contained by the war, baseball is the greatest sport in the world and John Wayne would thrash Lawrence Olivier in a fist fight.
With respect, although that question using the lb sign is measurable, a great deal are not.

Hence my user name!!
Maybe people shouldn't be asking LAW question on uklawfaq.com. Maybe they should...call someone who knows the law in their area or simply shift to google.com and type in DRIVING FINES IN (WHATEVER TOWN/CITY IN THE UK). It's more dangerous and frankly worrisome that someone would actually take trial advice from someone on uklawfaq.com...because it's freakin' uklawfaq.com.
People in the UK own been to school if they are older enough to drive, and anyone old adequate to drive that would take advice from an online Q&A forum is clearly not smart ample to safely hold a driving license...
Because the internet is international and Yahoo! is an American company. They also happen to speak English. If you don't want Americans answering your question you should make that very clear within the question. :-)
You think this is one sided?

Check out US answers sometimes that are clearly nearly US laws; see how many UKers respond anyway.

cheers
Yeha i notice this aswell or they pull somthing out simular to the subject but in a US track..

i'm like :S...
Why not frame the cross-question in the same route some of the yanks do as in "Hey Brits" but as for decriminalized questions we do have the Citizens Advice Bureau here within England, their advice is free and accurate and they are in most local directories, as for the Americans if you follow the question on this site regarding politics, budget deficits, immigration, blue / red issues etc etc they in fact have a lot within common with us.
